1. Revenue Per Employee:

This method is a kind of basic indicator of each employee. It should be observed that the investments we are making are worth and the outcome is not less than itself. For the profitability of companies, this method is highly used.

2. Employee Billable Percentage:

On this method, we can specifically point out how much time is being sent on every project. To maintain a balanced healthy economy of a company, we should focus on how much employees are spending their work hours on billable and non-billable work.

By which we will be able to make sure the employees are making the best use of their precious working time on billable work.

3. Profit Per Employee:

This method specifically breaks down the raw profitability of each employee based on their number and profits made by them.

Those companies that are based on remote workers are more familiar with this method. But it can also be applied for the companies who have in house employees as well.

4. Average Completion Rate:

To maintain the overall efficiency of your team, It’s important to understand how long different parts of a project usually taken by our employees, so we can improve the work ratio along with precise budget estimates and price table based on individual projects.

5. Employee Capacity:

For doing a perfect measurement of productive performance we should look up to Employee Capacity.

This method helps us to find out those employees who are free to engage for another little task. It’s much more useful for understanding the team capability and also who needs an extra bit of help.

6. Overtime Management:

The average overtime metric is interpreted in various ways. In some companies, these are used to understand the health of employees. This method is well known In terms of engagement and physical stability.

But it shouldn’t be considered as an indicator of employee dedication. If the staff is constantly working overtime, we need to increase our workforce as well as work head.

For the interest of our company culture and growth, we should keep an eye on these individual guidelines and invest to ensure a proper balance on company economy and growth in terms of management.

There are many different ways to measure our employee performance. It varies based on different companies and criteria. But it is important to keep track of all the sectors to pin down the progress, performance of employees.
